Yes, for specific destinations, you are provided with a phone number allowing you to make and receive phone calls and messages without any restriction.
How is the speed of Buzz eSIM?
In most countries, we support 5G network, and 4G/LTE is guaranteed in all countries.
Can I keep my WhatsApp?
Absolutely, you don’t need to make any changes to the settings.
Can I use eSIM card on multiple devices simultaneously?
No, it's not possible. It's bound to a specific device, so it's essential to use the phone you'll bring to the destination country for scanning. Once you scan it with another device, eSIM will be bound to that device.
Is it possible to use both my original physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time?
Yes, you can keep your physical SIM while using eSIM, there won’t be any hassle at all.
How to get the eSIM QR code?
After you place the order, we will send an email about your order, with its QR code and LPA string. You can then scan the QR or proceed with the setup manually.
When should I set up my eSIM?

How can I check whether my phone is compatible with eSIM?

How to ask for a refund?
First please contact our customer service team by sending an email to hello@buzzesim.com. Please provide your order ID and reasons for the refund. Our customer service team will process your request.
Will unlimited plan slow down?
Our unlimited plans will continue to provide you with high-speed data without any restrictions. Bear in mind that the local provider still has the right to activate a Fair Usage policy that might slow down the connection after a certain amount.
Can I renew my eSIM?
Yes, you can purchase renewal plan on the product page where you purchase your eSIM plan.
How can I check my data balance?
